Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases from The Beadvine. However, if you are not satisfied you may cancel your order for any reason, in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 days of receiving it. You must express your wish to return your goods  by emailing us at customerservice@thebeadvine.co.uk Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning items to us, as we are not responsible should the package be lost or damaged in transit. Earring findings are non-returnable due to current EU Hygiene regulations. Any items returned without prior notice will incur a 10% restocking fee. Provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition and are not damaged we will issue a refund excluding return postage charges.

Damages
Please email us immediately to report any damaged items. We will either replace the item or refund your money. Rough edges on the ends of Murano glass beads are not a defect, these “stringers” are a natural occurrence of the bead making process when molten glass is wrapped around a mandrel. A bead reamer, jeweller’s file, or very fine sandpaper can be used to rub the edges smooth.
 
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy; we do not share information other than what is needed to process orders. We will not sell information to any third parties. All credit card transactions are processed over a secure 128-bit encrypted connection by Sage Pay, a highly secure and NatWest Streamline approved payment provider. We use “Cookies” on our website purely to personalise your shopping experience, which saves you time especially during checkout.  Our mailing list conforms to an opt-in policy, which means you have to elect to receive information from us. We know you get enough SPAM as it is, so we will not send you unsolicited email.
 
Prices 
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Most of our beads are priced individually to give people the freedom to choose the amount of beads they wish purchase. In some cases, where specified, they will be sold according to the weight or quantity indicated. Prices shown in alternative currencies are to provide  guideline, and the final price paid may differ slightly due to currency fluctuations.
 
Descriptions 
Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in shape, colour and form are possible. Product images are not to scale. Please note that internet browsers and monitor settings may unavoidably affect colour appearances as well.
